MASTER MINUTES AND REPORT WRITING WITH DR. BARNABAS ABESADU In the pursuit of enhancing professional skills, a recent meeting was organized with a clear objective: to equip researchers from Zankli Research Centre with the necessary training on minute-taking and the art of crafting reports.   Dr. Barnabas Abesadu who is the Senior Deputy Registrar in charge of the Senior Staff Establishment of Bingham University, started the meeting with a preamble about the functions of the Establishment Unit which includes appointment, promotion, and discipline of staff. He added that the Unit is responsible for the custodian of all files of the staff in the University.   On the 29 th  of August,2023 a capacity-strengthening session was held with Mr. Daburi Misal, the Director of Public Affairs of Bingham University, organized by Mr Andrew Oguntolu for research assistants (RAs) and interns of Zankli Research Center, Bingham University. It was aimed at broadening the knowledge of the participants on mastering the art of writing and journalism.   Training session with Mr. Daburi Misal ,  Director of Public Affairs, Bingham University Mr. Misal, started with a brief introduction on what writing and journalism are and their requirements. He also outlined the 5 W’s (who, what, where, when & why) and H (how) of writing for media and blogs.
